The invention also discloses an automobile lamp glaring prevention method based on the system; and in the method, a distance digital signal of the distance between a automobile and an automobile ahead is measured through laser phase determination, and a corresponding signal is sent through the microprocessor according to a comparison result of the distance digital signal and a preset distance threshold digital signal in the microprocessor so as to control and regulate the lighting modes of the automobile lamps, thereby achieving the effect of automobile lamp glaring prevention.
