Abstract

The invention provides a real-time detection device for a meridian acupoint photothermal response induced by moxibustion acting on acupoints, which comprises an instrument control and data processor, a light attenuation coefficient testing system, a thermal radiation testing system and a transflective light transmission assembly device. A first light input end and a first light output end of the transflective light transmission assembly device are respectively connected with a detection light output end of the light attenuation coefficient testing system and a scattered light signal input endof an object to be tested. A second light output end of the transflective light transmission assembly device is connected with a heat radiation input end of the thermal radiation testing system, and the transflective light transmission assembly device is also provided with a light detection port. The thermal radiation testing system and the light attenuation coefficient testing system are both connected with the instrument control and data processor. The device not only has the advantages of real-time detection and nondestructive detection, but also has the characteristics of simple structure, high integration and easy carrying. The invention solves the problems of severe injuries, poor repeatability and the like existing in the traditional method for researching the curative effect mechanism of moxibustion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a real-time detection device for photothermal response of acupoints induced by moxibustion. Background technique [0002] As one of the three most important traditional Chinese medicine therapies, moxibustion therapy has been used in clinical treatment thousands of years ago and continues to this day. Moxibustion therapy has a wide range of indications, including the treatment of head and back pain, various arthritis, dysmenorrhea, and enuresis in children. Moxibustion therapy is not only a precious cultural heritage of the Chinese nation, but also a useful supplement to modern medicine. Although moxibustion therapy has been verified in clinical treatment, its therapeutic mechanism is still unclear. Scholars at home and abroad have adopted a series of modern technologies to study the mechanism of moxibustion efficacy. Some scholars use physiological indicators, such as free radicals, heat shock proteins, etc. to study the mec...
