[0020] The circuit system of a bell-shaped vibrator type angular rate gyroscope adopts electrostatic excitation and capacitance detection in the working process. Both excitation and detection electrode pairs are composed of electrodes pasted on the bell-shaped vibrator and base electrodes, and the electrode material is a gold electrode with an insulating substrate. The circuit system includes a mode shape stabilization unit, a drive control unit, an electrode drive unit, a differential capacitance detector and an information detection unit, such as figure 1 shown. Under the action of the drive control unit, the gyro vibrator starts to vibrate, and the vibration shape of the bell-shaped vibrator is stabilized by the mode shape stabilization unit.
