Abstract

The invention discloses a high luster and high leveling powder coating which mainly consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of saturated hydroxyl polyester resin, 3.7-5.0 parts of triglycidyl isocyanurate, 0.01-0.03 part of anti-yellowing benzoin, 0.4-1.0 part of leveling agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of wetting promoter, 10-30 parts of filler and 0.3-20 parts of pigment. The invention finally solves the problem of insufficient leveling and luster of the coating by means of coating formula optimization and mutual coordination of different assistants and of the mixed use of the wetting promoter and the leveling agent. According to the formula, the high luster and high leveling powder coating with mirror effect can be prepared and has brighter color. The invention has the same indoor and outdoor effect and improves the weather resistance as well.
