Abstract

The invention relates to a sulfadimidine solution and a preparation method thereof. The solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of sulfadimidine, 20-40 parts of N,N-dimethylformamide, 15-25 parts of polyoxyethylene ether castor oil, and 100 parts of water. The preparation method of the solution comprises the following steps: preparing 30 ml of the N,N-dimethylformamide, adding the sulfadimidine, and stirring until the sulfadimidine is dissolved; and then adding the polyoxyethylene ether castor oil, and stirring until the polyoxyethylene ether castor oil is dissolved; adding the water till the total volume is 100 ml, and stirring to obtain the clean solution. In the invention, the sulfadimidine solution is prepared by using an advanced nanometer technology; in the solution, a cosolvent is utilized to ensure that the sulfadimidine slightly dissolved in water to be dissolved the oil phase, and a proper amount of emulsifier is added to form a uniform system; and the sulfadimidine solution prepared by using the method provided by the invention can be dissolved in water in any proportion.
