Embodiment Construction

[0016] A method for producing flame-retardant polyester staple fibers using recycled polyester bottle flakes according to the present invention, see figure 1 , first pretreatment and drying of recycled waste PET bottle flakes. Pretreatment includes a series of raw material preparations such as sorting, crushing, and cleaning the recovered polyester bottle flakes, and then undergoes high-temperature vacuum drying. The drying temperature is 130-160°C, the vacuum degree is 0.06-0.10Mpa, and the drying time is After 8 to 12 hours, the moisture content of the dried bottle flakes is ≤100PPm.

[0017] At the same time, the flame-retardant polyester masterbatch is dried. The flame-retardant polyester masterbatch is put into a large sealed silo, and the dry hot air is introduced into the bottom of the silo. The temperature is kept at 120-140°C, and the drying time is 10-12 hours. , the moisture content of the flame-retardant polyester masterbatch after drying is controlled below 60PPm...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing flame-retardant polyester staple fibers by utilizing recovered polyester bottle chips, which comprises the following steps: recovered waste polyester bottle chips are pretreated; flame-retardant polyester master batches are dried; the dried polyester bottle chips and flame-retardant polyester master batches are fed into a measuring feeding machine and mixed to obtain the mixed materials, wherein the flame-retardant polyester master batches account for 2 to 5 percent of the total concentration of the mixture; the mixed materials are extruded by screw-melting to obtain a melt; and the melt is subjected to filtration, measurement and spinning, cooling with circularly flowing air, winding and oiling and traction feeding, and yarns are collected and put into barrels; and the yarns in the barrels are bundled, and then subjected to oil bath draft, secondary steam draft, tensioned heat shaping, oiling, overlapping, winding, loose heat shaping, cutting and packaging so as to obtain the flame-retardant polyester staple fiber products. The method for producing flame-retardant polyester staple fibers by utilizing recovered polyester bottle chips has low cost, meets the requirements on performance, reduces harm to environment caused by wastes, and protects environment simultaneously.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing flame-retardant polyester staple fiber, in particular to a method for producing flame-retardant polyester staple fiber by utilizing recycled polyester bottle flakes. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, the application fields of textiles are becoming more and more extensive, and the society's requirements for textiles are also getting higher and higher. Fires caused by textiles in daily life, causing serious personal casualties and huge economic losses occur frequently, so improving the flame retardancy of textiles is of great significance to ensure the safety of property and life and reduce the occurrence of fire accidents. At present, the flame-retardant fibers available on the market are mainly made of ordinary fibers for surface flame-retardant processing, or polyester melts or polyester chips are used to add flame retardants to make fibers. Although the for...
