Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of high-elongation and high-draft polyurethane fibers, belonging to the technical field of spinning. The method comprises the steps of prepolymerization, polymerization and spinning and is characterized by (1) prepolymerization: mixing diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate with polytetrahydrofuran in a molar ratio of (1.5:1)-(2.0:1) and stirring the mixture to react under raised temperature and cooling the reactant to obtain the prepolymerization products; (2) prepolymerization: dissolving the prepolymerization products obtained in the step 1 in an aprotic polar solvent, and then transferring the products to a polymerization reactor and then adding a chain extender to carry out polymerization to generate polyurethane spinning solution with molecular weight being 20,000-300,000; and (3) spinning: preparing the polyurethane spinning solution prepared in the step 2 into the high-elongation and high-draft polyurethane fibers by adopting a method of solution spinning, wherein the apparent viscosity at 20 DEG C is 2000-7000poise; and the chain extender comprises 55-90 of ethylene dimine and 10-40 of propane diamine or 2-methyl pentanediamine by molar ratio.
