Abstract

The invention discloses a method for culturing Schizophyllum commune. The method comprises the steps of activating a Schizophyllum commune mother strain to obtain a first-level strain; and then fermenting and culturing the first-level strain in a liquid fermentation medium for 4-6 days at temperature of 24-28 DEG C and rotation speed of 200-260 rpm/min to obtain a fermentation mixed solution; filtering the fermentation mixed solution; collecting Schizophyllum commune hyphae; drying and crushing the Schizophyllum commune hyphae and the like. The Schizophyllum commune with high yield is fermented and cultured by using the method disclosed by the invention; mycelia with wet weight of 400-480 g or dry weight of 54-60 g can be obtained from each liter of fermentation strain solution; and compared with the prior art, the Schizophyllum commune has largely increased yield.

Description

[0001] This application is a divisional application of the patent application with the application number: 200810247561.6, the application date is December 30, 2008, and the invention name is "Schizophyllum protein extract and its preparation method and application". technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the field of plant disease prevention and control, and specifically relates to a schizophyllum protein extract and its preparation method and application; in addition, it also relates to a schizophyllum culture method and culture medium. Background technique [0003] Plant virus disease is similar to human cancer, and there is no very effective prevention and treatment method at present. Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) is one of the most economically important viruses, which can infect more than 300 species of plants such as Solanaceae, Cucurbitaceae, and Cruciferae, and cause serious damage. Rely on breeding and chemical agents to solve the problem, but the effect is...
