The invention provides a flame-retardant high-strength rubber composition which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 105 parts of nitrile-butadiene rubber, 50 parts of N220 carbon black, 10 parts of N330 carbon black, 28 parts of dioctyl phthalate, 0.8-1 part of sulfur, 0.8-1 part of dicumyl peroxide, 2 parts of promotor, 2.1 parts of flowable agent, 5 parts of zinc oxide, 3.5-4.5 parts of anti-aging agent, 4-5.2 parts of cracking inhibitor, 30-40 parts of flame retardant and 6 parts of 3% water-emulsion organosilicon releasing agent. As a further improvement, 10-15 parts by weight of antimony trioxide can be added to enhance the flame retardancy.
