Problems solved by technology

When using this device for experiments, the sample needs to be sent into the clamping hole for a long distance and fully frozen to ensure the stability of the clamping, so that the sample cannot be guaranteed to have biological activity.
On the other hand, when doing the tensile test of small-sized ligaments, the test sample size is small and the adhesion point is short, which cannot guarantee stability; when doing the tensile test of larger-sized ligaments, the pulling force is large, and the frozen adhesion points are easy to fall off

Abstract

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides a device for stretching elastic tissue under a simulated physiological condition. The device comprises a lower fixed piece and an upper fixed piece, wherein the lower fixed piece is connected with the table surface of a stretching machine and is provided with a lower clamping piece; the upper fixed piece is connected with a hoisting piece of the stretching machine and is provided with an upper clamping piece; a water bath cavity for accommodating normal saline is formed between a sealing sleeve arranged on the lower fixed piece and the lower clamping piece; and the upper fixed piece is provided with a liquid nitrogen container which is provided with a piston and surrounds the upper clamping piece. The invention also provides a method for simulating the physiological condition in vitro and stretching the elastic tissue. The method comprises the steps of extracting the tissue, performing embedding processing, loading the samples, simulating the physiological condition, stretching and the like. By the device and the method provided by the invention, the small elastic tissue can be stretched under the simulated physiological condition in vitro.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to basic medical experiments, in particular to provide an experimental device and an experimental method for simulating physiological conditions. Background technique [0002] In vivo research on the physiological properties of elastic tissues such as ligaments or tendons is costly and takes a long time. Therefore, simulating physiological conditions in vitro and studying elastic tissues is an urgent problem to be solved in basic medical experiments. At present, the equipment for in vitro research on elastic tissue is mainly produced by instron and bose. However, the existing equipment can only stretch some larger ligaments and tendon tissues such as the back tendon of cattle. When stretching some small ligaments or tendons, the surface of the tendon or ligament will slip when the clamping force is small, and the clamping When the force is large, the tendon or ligament will be damaged and ruptured, and the experiment cannot be co...
