The present invention pertains to a method for loading a hydrogen-absorbing alloy which has been made into a resin composite by mixing a pulverulent or particulate hydrogen-absorbing alloy, a resin, and carbon fiber, in which, when the hydrogen-absorbing alloy is loaded in a container, the container is caused to vibrate at a predetermined frequency to adjust the percentage of the container loaded with the hydrogen-absorbing alloy.
