Abstract

The invention discloses a high-pressure water tank formation device and a high-pressure water tank formation method for a polymer-based carbon fiber composite material. The device comprises a high-pressure water tank, a control system, a silicon rubber container, an ultrasonic transmitter, a numerical control servo mechanism, a vacuum bag, a gas suction pipe, a thermocouple signal wire, a thermocouple, a vacuum pump and a high-pressure gas boosting pump. The method comprises the following steps of: arranging the vacuum bag filled with a blank into the silicon rubber container, and positioning; fully filling ultrasonic absorption liquid which is subjected to degassing treatment into the silicon rubber container, and sealing; putting the sealed silicon rubber container into the high-pressure water tank, and closing; injecting deionized water at the same time; and controlling the ultrasonic transmitter to scan and irradiate the ultrasonic absorption liquid through a main control circuit,so that the polymer-based carbon fiber composite material blank is cured and formed at the temperature under the pressure. The method has a relatively independent high-temperature high-pressure environment and is high in thermal efficiency and low in energy consumption; and the device has a simple structure.
