In the device, a temperature measurement module measures a thermistor which is connected with a bridge bleeder circuit, and transmits a voltage signal to a signal processing module; a pulse measurement module senses external pressure and transmits an electric signal to the signal processing module; the signal processing module calculates a temperature value and a time value of pulse per minute, and transmits average values to a RFID (radio frequency identification) module after the average values are calculated; and the RFID module transmits data of the temperature value and the pulse rate to the outside of the body of an animal, and receives a data measurement command from the outside of the body of the animal so as to control dormancy and awakening of each module.
