Abstract

The preparation process of the unburned brick comprises the following procedures: pre-treating raw materials; pulverizing; metering; preliminarily mixing; forcibly mixing; extruding; cutting; and performing steam curing to finally obtain the unburned brick. In the invention, a green body can be produced by the traditional vacuum extruder; and the obtained product has the advantages of easy building procedure, high strength, high carbonization coefficient, high softening coefficient, low water absorption rate, strong damp and hot resistance, strong freezing resistance and less possibility of whiskering.
