The connecting box is arranged along a transverse extending edge of the cell panel and comprises a box body and a connecting circuit. In the connecting circuit, a conductive wire extends along the transverse extending edge and at least partially extends out of the box body, a bypass diode in the box body is connected in the conductive wire so as to prevent the cell panel from disconnection or reverse current, the two bus bars arranged on two sides of the diode are connected to the conductive wire, a male connector and a female connector which are on two sides of the diode are connected to the conductive wire so as to realize external connection, and the two bus bars are directly connected to two ends of the connecting circuit at the two ends of the transverse extending edge of the cell panel.
