Abstract

The invention provides an energy-storing & heat-releasing material, an energy-storing & heat-releasing plate and a manufacturing method thereof, belonging to the fields of construction materials and manufacturing methods thereof. The energy-storing & heat-releasing material is a powder material formed by mixing 6-10 parts of titanium pigment, 47-57 parts of methyl stearate, 30-40 parts of polyether polyurethane and 4-6 parts of calcium bentonite. The manufacturing method of the energy-storing & heat-releasing plate comprises the following steps: based on the energy-storing & heat-releasing material, coating a layer of adhesive on a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film; spreading the mixed powder material onto the PET film; covering another PET film coated with the adhesive; and pressing and shaping with a mold press, thus obtaining the finished product. The energy-storing & heat-releasing material has the characteristics of reasonable components, simple manufacturing method, low manufacturing cost, good energy-storing & heat-releasing performance and the like. While used in electric floor heating engineering, the energy-storing & heat-releasing plate manufactured from the energy-storing & heat-releasing material can save the power consumption by more than 30% as compared with the condition of not using the energy-storing & heat-releasing plate.
