The cotton and yarn mixed weaving base layer is a netlike cloth layer with the cotton as warps and the yarns as woofs; the carbon fiber medical repairing layer is 1-3 mm in thickness, includes nanometer carbon fibers attached with nanometer level electrical stone particles and is stuck together with the cotton and yarn mixed weaving base layer through a hot pressing way; and the antibacterial sterilization layer is a nanometer silver modified polyethylene layer of 1-3 mm in thickness. By adopting the netlike structure, elasticity of the novel medical polymer elastic bandage disclosed by the invention increases; the nanometer level electrical stone particles in the upper carbon fiber medical repairing layer can emit anionic far infrared rays which are not only free from stimulation to skin, but also have a health care function on speeding up wound healing; and the nanometer silver modified polyethylene layer has an antibacterial sterilization function.
