The real-time online nondestructive detection device comprises an excitation sound source module, a composite material vibration characteristic detection module, an echo signal optical coherence detection module, a signal orthogonality differential frequency discrimination module and a computer data storage unit, wherein the composite material vibration characteristic detection module comprises an optical fiber laser, a coherence detection optical link and a telescope; output light of the optical fiber laser vertically enters a composite material to be detected through the coherence detection optical link and the telescope; a returned optical signal is returned to the coherence detection optical link through the telescope; an optical signal returned by the optical link is transmitted to the echo signal optical coherence detection module; and the echo signal optical coherence detectionmodule is used for converting the optical signal into an electric signal, and a orthogonal demodulating unit, a differential frequency discrimination unit and a time frequency characteristic analysisunit in the signal orthogonality differential frequency discrimination module are used for processing the electric signal.
