The toughened PVC resin is characterized by being prepared with raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of PVC resin, 1-13 parts of toughening latex counted by solid content, 1-10 parts of release agent emulsion counted by solid content, 5-500 parts of flocculant solution counted by solution weight, 1-2 parts of liquid anti-aging agent counted by the weight percentage of the toughening latex, and 60-400 parts of deionized water. The invention provides the toughened PVC resin with high apparent density, wherein toughened and modified rubber particles are uniformly dispersed in the PVC resin.
