Embodiment Construction

[0023] The basic principle of the lensless microscopic imaging method based on optical projection provided by the present invention is as follows: figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, according to different light sources, it can be divided into two types based on central projection and based on parallel projection.

[0024] Lens-free microscopic imaging method based on central projection: make the imaging object called slice or biological slide, or place the imaging object in a transparent petri dish; place the slide or petri dish 2 on the cone beam light source 3 and the image sensor 1; the cone beam light source 3 is used to irradiate the imaging object 4, and the object is projected onto the image sensor to form a central projection image 5; the image sensor 1 is sensitive to the central projection image 5, and the image data generated by it is transmitted to the host computer.

Abstract

The invention provides a lensless microscopic imaging method based on optical projection and a device thereof. The lensless microscopic imaging method comprises the following steps: directly sensitizing and imaging an optically projected image of the object by using a CMOS (Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Transistor) or CCD (Charge Coupled Device) image sensor; placing a glass slide between an image sensor and a light source; irradiating the glass slide by a special light source with variable color temperature and variable light intensity to project an object on the glass slide onto the image sensor; controlling the image sensor to conduct exposure imaging for the projected image of the object; and transmitting a digital image produced by the image sensor to an upper computer or other system through a USB interface or 1394 interface. Without the need of optical lens group of the conventional microscope, the device provided by the invention can use the image sensor for digital imaging from the projected image of the object, and can be used for observing micro objects, such as cell, particle and parasites, and has the advantages of small size, compact structure, low cost and direct digitalization, and is convenient in observation, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of optical projection imaging, in particular to a lensless microscopic imaging method and device based on optical projection. Background technique [0002] Projection imaging is a traditional imaging method. Traditional slides, current projectors, traditional X-ray machines, and direct digital X-ray imaging systems all use projection as a basic method. The difference lies in the different imaging carriers. . [0003] Direct digital X-ray imaging uses the penetrating ability of X-rays and converts X-rays into electrical signals through the photoconductivity of flat-panel detectors to form digital images. The principle of projection imaging based on visible light is similar to it, and the projection of objects can be generated by using the penetrating ability of visible light to transparent or translucent media. With the advancement of microelectronics technology, especially the development of CMOS or CCD image sensor...
