The externally applied medicament has a broad applicable range, and can be used by big animals, small animals and economic animals; and the administration method is simple, the externally applied medicament is directly applied to affected parts, an oiling agent is insoluble in water, and the externally applied medicament has incomparable advantages compared with aqueous medicaments.
