The method includes a series of steps, which is characterized in that the powder falls on a viscous surface for preparing the experimental sample by utilizing the self weight of the finely pulverized powder. The method also is characterized in that the powder diffraction sample prepared by the method has diffraction spectral lines with a good repeatability. The method can furthest reduce preferred orientation of the sample in the powder diffraction experiment, the preferred orientation can result in deviations of diffraction peak intensity, diffraction peak shape and diffraction peak position, and the inaccurate diffraction data can result in inaccurate analysis results.
