The invention discloses a water pollution monitoring automatic sampling decision making system which comprises an on-line measurement sensor, a pretreatment circuit, a singlechip, a wireless transmission module and a sampling device, wherein the on-line measurement sensor is an on-line monitor sensing system which is composed of a pH value sensor, an electric conductivity sensor, a dissolved oxygen sensor, a cloudiness sensor and a temperature sensor; the on-line monitor sensing system sends multiple paths of collected signals to the signal input end of the singlechip with an absolute value and relative value algorithm for five water quality general parameters (the pH value, the electric conductivity, the dissolved oxygen, the cloudiness and the temperature) through the pretreatment circuit; and the singlechip and the wireless transmission module realize communication linkage through an interface circuit, and the control output end of the singlechip is connected with a drive circuit of the sampling device through the interface circuit.
