The fibers comprise conventional textile fibers and a nanometer unit, wherein a weight of the nanometer unit is 0.1-3% of the total weight of the fibers, the nanometer unit comprises microparticles with a particle size of 300-8000 nm, and the microparticles comprise a mixture comprising at least two materials selected from zinc, aluminum and iron. According to the present invention, a certain proportion of the nanometer unit of the microparticles with a particle size of 300-8000 nm is added to the conventional textile fibers, such that the fibers of the present invention can provide an unexpected rapid temperature increasing effect under the same illumination time and illumination intensity when contacting light, and can provide a better heat storage property compared with conventional chemistry fibers after illumination is stopped. In addition, compared with the existing heating fibers, the fibers of the present invention have advantages of low preparation cost, simple preparation process, easy industrial production, and the like; and the fibers of the present invention are a novel good heating fiber material under a low temperature environment.
