Abstract

The small RNA is nucleic acid or a functional fragment or variant comprising the following sequence: 5'-cagugcaaugaugaaagggcau-3' and is miR-130b. According to results of in vitro biological function experiments carried out by the inventor, hsa-miR-130b can bind with 3'-UTR of the B7-H2 gene, thereby inhibiting expression of B7-H2 molecules; and an antitumor effect is exerted through regulation the expression and functions of B7-H2 signaling pathways and / or miR-130b.
