Abstract

The invention discloses a zero-release organic wastewater treating device and a zero-release organic wastewater treating method. The method is an environment-friendly technology which has a good organic wastewater treating effect by a supercritical technology. A reaction principle used by the invention is a supercritical water oxidation method. The method comprises the following steps of: preheating a reactor by the residual high-temperature steam of a factory and the afterheat of the reacted wastewater, directly charging the second-stage heat exchanged wastewater into a high-temperature tube furnace for supercritical oxidation, taking oxidated wastewater to be taken as a heat source again to be charged into a sleeve preheater to carry out heat exchange with the unreacted wastewater, and completing the whole wastewater treating technological process by a multi-stage filter and a gas-liquid separator. The aims of energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved when the device disclosed by the invention is used on the treatment of the organic wastewater, the experimental determination shows that the treated wastewater completely reaches to the national discharge standard, and the generated wastewater can be directly charged into a cigarette factory powerhouse to be taken as fuel.
