Abstract

The invention discloses a method for collecting polyphenylene sulfide resin from polyphenylene sulfide resin slurry. The method comprises the steps of decreasing temperature of the polyphenylene sulfide resin slurry to 80-170 DEG C, evenly stirring and mixing, conducting filtering separation by using an automatic continuous discharging type centrifugal machine, and obtaining filter liquor and filter cakes; diluting the obtained filter cakes until the content is 5-20wt% by using deionized water, evenly mixing, conducting multistage replacement type washing by using a replacement slurry washing machine, and further removing remaining low molecular matters, salt and solvents in the filter cakes; and conducting dehydration and drying to obtain pure polyphenylene sulfide resin. The content of the low molecular matters in the prepared polyphenylene sulfide resin is less than or equal to 0.053wt%, high-quality requirements for manufacturing products such as polyphenylene sulfide fibers and thin films can be met, and simultaneously the method needs no manual unloading, improves production efficiency, greatly reduces using quantity of washing water, and saves production cost.
