Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0019] see Figure 1 to Figure 3 : A microfluidic chip for early detection of leukemia, firstly take a small amount of blood from a patient, and add it to the sample injection control pump device 4 in the center of the cell sorting element 3 of the microfluidic detector 2 on the substrate 1 through a capillary tube, Flow into the spiral sorting channel 10. The blood flows along the helical sorting channel 10 whose channel width gradually expands in the helical direction, and the cells in the blood will walk in different parts of the helical sorting channel 10 under the action of centrifugal force according to the size of the cells in the blood, realizing the classification in the helical sorting channel 10 Carry out cell sorting, and finally the remaining cells flow out of the helix along the tangential direction and enter the channel 5; perform cell s...

Abstract

The invention provides a microfluidic chip for detecting early leukemia. The microfluidic chip consists of two parts, namely a basic chip and a microfluidic detector; and the microfluidic chip is characterized in that the microfluidic detector is attached to the basic chip; a cell sorting element is processed on the microfluidic detector; a detection unit is a detection channel which consists of an electric field sorting device, cell capturing elements which are communicated with one another, a plasmid transfection element and a liquid collection tank; and more than 18 detection channels can be formed in one chip. Because a plurality of detection channels are assembled on the same chip, during the detection, more than ten subtypes of common leukemia of a patient sample can be detected on the same chip, so that the detection cost is greatly lowered, and the detection accuracy and detection efficiency are increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a novel medical detection chip, in particular to a microfluidic chip for early detection of leukemia used for diagnosing leukemia. technical background [0002] Leukemia, commonly known as blood cancer, is a group of common hematopoietic primary malignant blood diseases, manifested as a significant decrease in normal hematopoietic cells and malignant transformation, malignant leukemia cells proliferate indefinitely and infiltrate bone marrow and other tissues, eventually resulting in a significant reduction in normal hematopoietic cells, Death occurred due to uncontrollable bleeding and infection. Clinically common acute leukemia is divided into three categories: acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myelolymphoblastic leukemia (AML) and special types of acute leukemia, with a total of 18 subtypes. In the early stages of this type of malignant disease, changes in the number, shape, and activity of marker proteins of differ...
