Abstract

The present invention relates to an Athetis lepigone artificial feed, a preparation method and an application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of insect feeding. The Athetis lepigone artificial feed comprises the following components, by weight, 40-45 parts of whole wheat flour, 80-100 parts of corn flour, 60-70 parts of soybean powder, 55-65 parts of yeast powder, 30-33 parts of sucrose, 3-5 parts of ascorbic acid, 3-4 parts of potassium hydroxide, 1-5 parts of formaldehyde, 4.5-6 parts of acetic acid, 10-15 parts of agar, 1-2 parts of sorbic acid, 1-2 parts of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, 9-11 parts of a vitamin liquid, and 650-700 parts of distilled water. The present invention further provides a preparation method for the feed based on the artificial feed formula, and an application method (breeding method) of the feed in Athetis lepigone breeding. After the Athetis lepigone is bred by the feed, an average pupa weight is 75.77 mg, a larval survival rate is 91.7%, a pupation rate and an emergence rate are 100%, and an average oviposition rate per female is 305.3.
