Abstract

The CPE sheath rubber comprises components with proportions of, by mass, 100 parts of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), 10 parts of an active agent, 50-65 parts of a plasticizing agent, 40 parts of a reinforcing agent, 130-180 parts of a filling agent, 2-4 parts of a lubrication auxiliary agent, 2.5-4 parts of a sulfurizing agent and 1.5-3.5 parts of a sulfurizing auxiliary agent. The glue content in the sheath rubber is 25-30%; and the glue content is calculated by using the weight of chlorinated polyethylene / a total weight * 100%. A low-cost and odour-free object of the CPE sheath rubber is realized by employing CP-02 as the sulfurizing agent; and the sheath rubber can meet the performance requirements for SE3 rubber in the standards of GB / T 5013-2008 being rubber insulated cables of rated voltages up to and including 450 / 750 V and JB 8735-1998 being rubber insulated flexible cords and flexible cables of rated voltages up to and including 450 / 750 V.
