The long-term suspension uterine perfusion agent comprises, by weight, 1.5-3.5kg of ofloxacin, 0.125-1kg of flunixin meglumine, 0.125-0.75kg of metronidazole, 0.125-1kg of leonurus extract (injection level), 0.125-1kg of angelica sinensis extract (injection level), 0.25-1.25kg of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP)-K30, 2-15kg of polyethylene glycol (PEG)-400, 0.03kg of ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA)-2Na and appropriate water for injection. The long-term suspension uterine perfusion agent is suitable for postpartum health care, is used for postpartum female animal preventive perfusion, effectively reduces morbidity of endometritism, remarkably shortens female animal estrus interval, and improves breeding success rate and farrowing rate of female animals. The long-term suspension uterine perfusion agent is injected in uterus by using an irrigator.
