A preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing the Chinese medicines; adding water of which the weight is 5-10 times that of the Chinese medicines to decoct twice for 1-2 hours every time; and combining decoction liquid, filtering and condensing the decoction liquid until relative density of the decoction liquid is between 1.03 and 1.10 (50 DEG C) so as to obtain washing liquid.
