Abstract

The invention discloses a composite dispersant for a resin anchoring agent. The composite dispersant is obtained by mixing a chelating dispersant, a heavy metal chelator and a hyperdispersant with a mass ratio of 1 : 1 : 2 into a mixed liquid suspension, wherein the chelating dispersant is maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer, the heavy metal chelator is dithiocarbamate derivatives, and the hyperdispersant is ethoxy modified trisiloxane. When anchoring agent clay is produced, the composite dispersant with an amount of 2-6 % of that of the resin, together with the resin, is poured into a clay premix tank for stirring. According to the invention, the metal chelator can effectively chelate metal ions such as iron ion, aluminium ion, etc. in stone powder filling materials and prevent their participation in the anchor reaction; and the dispersant can rapidly and fully moisten filling material particles, reduce interfacial tension, and prevent settlement and coacervation of solid particles. By using the composite dispersant, curing parameters of the resin anchoring agent do not obviously drift, thereby greatly reducing probability of false coacervation phenomena, ensuring quality of the resin anchoring agent, increasing adding amount of the filling materials by more 10 % based on original amount under a same quality, and effectively reducing cost.
