The application processing unit is connected with a DDR 3L and SDRAM component by a DDR bus and used for storing of high-volume high-speed data. The application processing unit is connected with a baseband processing unit by an application baseband bridge bus and achieves expansion access to a PSRAM component by the application baseband bridge bus. The application processing unit is also provided with a RAW, NANA and FLASH controller which is used for controlling the NANA FLASH bus and conducts coder and decoder protection on read-write data. The baseband processing unit is connected with the PSRAM component by the SRAM bus and used for small-volume data storage space. The baseband processing unit is also provided with a clock management unit and used for controlling opening and closing of an application processing unit clock, a DDR3L and SDRAM component clock and NAND and FLASH component clock when an operating mode of a cell phone is switched.
