According to the invention, 10g of soybean powder phospholipid is dissolved in 50ml of n-hexane; a dispersing agent, which is 400-mesh sand, is added; n-hexane is removed under stirring, such that phospholipid is uniformly coated on the surface of the dispersing agent; 95% ethanol is added according to a ratio that soybean powder phospholipid to 95% ethanol is 1:10 (W:V); stirring and leaching are carried out for 70min under a temperature of 50 DEG C; filtering and desolvation are carried out; and vacuum drying is carried out, such that alcohol-soluble phospholipid is obtained.
