Abstract

The invention provides a method for improving seed germination of solanum nigrum, which relates to a method for improving seed germination. The method comprises the following steps: 1, collecting and selecting seeds; and 2, putting the solanum nigrum seeds treated in step 1 into a germinating bed of a culture dish with a diameter of 60 to 90 mm, sealing an intersection part of the bottom and the cover of the culture dish by using a ventilating moisture-retaining sealing film and carrying out culture for 10 to 15 d under the condition of humidity of 50 to 100% with 24 h as a cycle period, wherein in each cycle period, the solanum nigrum seeds are cultured for 12 h at a high temperature of 20 to 28 DEG C and then cultured for another 12 h at a low temperature of 10 to 16 DEG C, and temperature difference between the high temperature and the low temperature in each cycle period is no less than 10 DEG C.
