The process comprises the steps of: strain isolation and screening; medium preparation; preparation of a beta-lactamase liquid; enzymolysis of the beta-lactam ring in residual antibiotic molecules of the filter residue; and once more fermentation treatment on beneficial microorganisms, thereby completely degrading the antibiotic residue in the beta-lactam ring antibiotic residue. The process for treatment of the beta-lactam ring antibiotic filter residue provided in the invention firstly prepares beta-lactamase to conduct enzymolysis on residual antibiotics in the filter residue, then performs beneficial microorganism fermentation, i.e. twice degradation, so as to remove the antibiotic residue in the filter residue thoroughly, and simultaneously decomposes thallus protein partially into small peptides, amino acids and other nutrient substances for further processing. Thus, the serious environment pollution problem caused by the residual antibiotics in the beta-lactam ring antibiotic filter residue is solved, and reuse of wastes is realized at the same time.
