In the reduced pressure deep distillation method, the reduced pressure flash tank is arranged behind the reduced pressure tower; the atmospheric pressure bottom oil is heated by a reduced pressure furnace and introduced to the reduced pressure tower through a reduced pressure transfer line; reduced pressure light fraction oil is pumped out from the lateral line of the reduced pressure tower; reduced pressure heavy oil is pumped out from the bottom of the tower and introduced to the reduced pressure flash tank; the obtained gas phase is introduced to a gas-liquid separation tank; the reduced pressure light fraction oil is discharged from the bottom of the gas-liquid separation tank; and the flashed reduced pressure residual oil is discharged from the bottom of the reduced pressure flash tank.
