Abstract

The invention discloses a glass painting pigment, which comprises, by weight: 70-80% of a silicone acrylic emulsion, 10-20% of a water-based color paste, 0.2-0.3% of a defoaming agent, 2-5% of a rheological aid, 2-5% of a dispersing wetting agent, and 0.2-0.4% of an antiseptic agent. Specifically, the glass painting pigment is prepared by the steps of: mixing water, high transparency pigment powder, the defoaming agent and other aids, putting the mixture into a grinding machine to grind it for about 1h, then transferring the well ground water-based color paste into a vacuum dispersion machine, adding the silicone acrylic emulsion, the defoaming agent and other aids, and fully mixing them so as to obtain the pigment.
