The invention relates to a sea cucumber mixed feed and a preparation method thereof, wherein the feed comprises, based on the weight percentage, urgassum thunbergii power 20 to 25 percent; sea mud 20 to 25 percent; sargassum 30 to 35 percent; oyster shells 5 to 6 percent; shrimp meal 2 to 3 percent; fish meal 2 to 3 percent; soybean meal 2 to 3 percent; kelp meal 4 to 5 percent; EM fungus powder 3 to 4 percent; and additional agents 1 to 2 percent; surgassum thunbergii power, sea mud, sargassum, oyster shells, shrimp meal, fish meal, soybean meal and kelp meal are smashed and are then treated by a 100-mesh screening.
