Abstract

The invention discloses a pleurotus djamor protein extract and applications thereof for resisting tumor. The pleurotus djamor protein extract is prepared by adopting the method comprising the following steps of: 1) grinding pleurotus djamor fruiting body, then leaching with water, and collecting water-soluble matters to obtain water-soluble pleurotus djamor extract; and 2) carrying out 80% saturation of ammonium sulfate precipitation to the water-soluble pleurotus djamor extract, collecting the precipitate, and dialyzing the precipitate with deionized water to obtain the pleurotus djamor protein extract.
