Problems solved by technology

[0004] A large number of studies have focused on the deinking of waste paper, how to improve deinking efficiency, deinking process optimization and the development of deinking chemicals; while the research on deinking wastewater is mainly concentrated on the discharge of wastewater up to standard; to ensure While improving the quality of paper products, improving the reuse rate of deinking wastewater is very necessary for the removal of residual ink in deinking wastewater. However, there is currently a lack of detection methods for residual ink in wastewater, and it is impossible to quickly and effectively evaluate and predict the impact of wastewater reuse. Influence of paper product quality
Usually the object of ink detection is paper, which cannot be used to evaluate ink in deinking wastewater. In research and production practice, there is an urgent need for convenient, quick and practical evaluation methods to measure residual ink in wastewater to determine the effectiveness of deinking wastewater treatment measures. performance and whether the treated water can be reused

Embodiment 1

[0017] Determination of ink content in ink-containing wastewater.

[0018] (1) Retention of ink in wastewater

[0019] Take 1L of ink-containing waste water and pour it into a slicer covered with quantitative filter paper with a diameter of 205mm. Bubble first to ensure that the ink in the water is evenly dispersed, and then filter the water under the action of gravity. After the ink is deposited on the filter paper, turn on the vacuum Suction filtration (vacuum degree: -0.6MPa) further removes moisture.

[0020] (2) dry

[0021] Cover the ink side of the wet filter paper obtained in step (1) with release paper, put it into the drying section of the laminator, and dry it at 90° C. and 0.8 MPa for 6 minutes to obtain a dry and smooth filter paper.

[0022] (3) Analysis of ink

[0023] After step (1) and (2) treatment, the ink contained in the wastewater is evenly attached on the filter paper, and the reflectance R of the multi-layer filter paper sample is measured at the 950...

Embodiment 2

[0025] It is used to evaluate the ink removal effect during the treatment of ink-containing wastewater.

[0026] A paper mill used waste paper as raw material to produce newsprint. In order to further reduce the consumption of fresh water and increase the reuse rate of white water discharged from the paper workshop, it was found that the whiteness of the produced newsprint decreased significantly after the increase in the white water reuse rate. For fine residual ink, the white water is treated with a special flocculant, and the ink content of the water samples treated with different flocculant dosages is measured to optimize the flocculant dosage.

[0027] (1) Retention of ink in wastewater

[0028] Take 1L of ink-containing waste water and pour it into a slicer covered with quantitative filter paper with a diameter of 205mm. Bubble first to ensure that the ink in the water is evenly dispersed, and then filter the water under the action of gravity. After the ink is deposited ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for measuring content of printing ink in deinking wastewater and belongs to the field of pulping and papermaking. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) retaining printing ink in wastewater by adopting quantitative filter paper; (2) drying the filter paper; (3) measuring the reflectance of the filter paper filtered with the printing ink and blank filter paper under the 950nm printing ink characteristic absorption wavelength; and (4) calculating the measurement result. The invention provides an accurate and reliable method for measuring the content of printing ink in deinking wastewater, the method is simple, rapid and high in repeatability, is wide in application range and can be used for evaluating the printing ink removal effect in the wastewater treatment process, and an effective evaluation method is provided for recycling the deinking wastewater.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for measuring ink content in deinking wastewater, in particular to a method for determining ink content in pulping and papermaking deinking wastewater. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the production and sales of my country's paper industry have grown steadily, bringing about an increasing demand for paper-making raw materials. However, my country's paper-making raw materials, especially wood materials, are in short supply. Waste paper recycling and utilization have become important raw materials to support the development of my country's paper-making industry. In 2011, my country's waste paper consumption was 56.6 million tons, accounting for 62.58% of the total pulp consumption. More than 20% of the waste paper is old magazine paper, old newspapers and mixed waste paper, which need to be deinked during the production process. The main process of deinking includes: (1) The waste paper is shredded under a...
