Abstract

A plurality of pieces of sector-shaped photovoltaic cell chips are used to form a circular laser reception surface, wherein the number of the pieces is an even number more than four. When the photovoltaic cell chipset is guaranteed to output a comparatively large laser-electrical energy conversion rate and output high voltage electric energy, a photosensitive surface of the converter is enabled to uniformly receive laser energy, so that the photovoltaic cell chipset outputs matching currents. According to the invention, since an insulating groove is arranged on a copper sheet, a wire is insulated from the copper sheet as a negative pole, and a positive / negative pole short circuit in the same photovoltaic cell chipset is eliminated.
