Abstract

The invention provides a method of preparing a wet base through aqueous polyurethane. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) coating aqueous polyurethane resin slurry on base cloth; (2) soaking the base cloth soaked with the aqueous polyurethane resin slurry in the step (1) in an aqueous solution containing a flocculant to pre-solidify so as to prepare a pre-solidified base precursor; (3) washing and heat curing the pre-solidified base precursor prepared in the step (2) in hot water; and (4) heat setting the heat-cured base prepared in the step (3) through water vapor, and then, ironing and drying the base to obtain the aqueous wet base. The method provided by the invention belongs to manufacturing methods of ecological synthetic leather, thereby being safe and environmentally-friendly, and the wet base prepared by the method is strong in skin feeling, thereby being capable of being used as high-grade synthetic leather.
