The preparation method comprises the following steps of: extracting dry patrinia villosa root powder by using 75% ethanol under a room temperature and then carrying out ultrasonic extraction; standing still and filtering; distilling a filtering solution under reduced pressure to obtain rough extract; adding a proper amount of water into the rough extract to be diluted into a mixed suspension solution; extracting for three times by using petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water saturated n-butyl alcohol respectively; mixing an n-butyl alcohol layer extracting solution; concentrating the n-butyl alcohol layer extracting solution under reduced pressure; then freez-drying to a constant weight to obtain an n-butyl alcohol extract for later use.
