According to the method, rinse water discharged by a cleaning tank is collected into a reflux tank by utilization of low-position-water diversion through a pipeline; the rinse water collected into the reflux tank is heated; and when the liquid level in an electroplating tank needs to be balanced, the heated rinse water is pumped into the electroplating tank through a water suction pump, so that the secondary rinse water is utilized as supplementary water for the tank, and the supplement amount of the secondary rinse water is utilized to compensate for the evaporation amount of electroplating liquid. By the method, the rinse water can be collected for cyclic utilization, thus saving the cost, and avoiding environment pollution and resource waste which are caused by discharging the rinse water containing heavy metal ions.
