Embodiment 1

[0028] Step 1): Add 1000kg of ceramic china clay to 200kg of water and stir at high speed to make mud;

[0029] Step 2): After adding 9kg of expanded perlite to 2.52kg of water, ball mill it to 220 mesh;

[0030] Step 3): remove iron from the ball-milled expanded perlite slurry with an iron remover;

[0031] Step 4): Dewater the expanded perlite slurry after iron removal with a filter press and dry in an oven lower than 200°C;

[0032] Step 5) Add the expanded perlite obtained in step 4) to the china clay slurry prepared in step 1), and mix evenly.

[0033] The ceramic porcelain clay composition obtained above is made into a ceramic wine bottle. The traditional ceramic wine bottle (without expanded perlite) and the wine bottle were tested with the KCJ-I glass bottle impact tester produced by Beijing Jindongcheng Technology Co., Ltd. Abstract

The invention discloses an expanded pearlite ceramic clay composition and a preparation method thereof. The expanded pearlite ceramic clay composition is characterized in that expanded pearlite is added in ceramic clay, and the additive amount of expanded pearlite is 8-10% of the weight of ceramic clay. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, expanded pearlite is subjected to ball milling to 200-250 meshes; secondly, iron is removed by an iron removal machine; thirdly, dehydration and drying are performed by a press filter; finally, expanded pearlite is added in ceramic clay slurry and homogeneous mixing is performed. The expanded pearlite ceramic clay composition not only is superior to an earthen bottle in air permeability, but also has the advantages of hard material, smooth surface, easiness in cleaning and the like of the earthen bottle, excellently promotes more natural and reasonable ageing in the ageing process of raw wine, has lower thermal conductivity at ordinary temperature to achieve a better thermal insulation effect, can be widely used for food packaging, is safe, simple in preparation and use method and low in preparation cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an expanded perlite ceramic china clay composition and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of ceramics. Background technique [0002] The main production process of porcelain is as follows: first make clay into mud, pour it into a mold, and after high-temperature firing, glaze the surface, and then re-fire it to make it into porcelain. In order to meet the needs of the characteristics of wine bottles, the existing ceramic china clay has higher and higher firing temperatures, so that the quartz and kaolin in the china clay are almost completely porcelainized, and its characteristics are close to those of glass wine bottles. Looking back on history, with the widespread use of ceramic technology in the packaging of the liquor industry, it is not difficult to see that the traditional "pottery" and the "half porcelain" without porcelain have a low density, which can strengthen the ion exchange between the ...
