Abstract

The invention provides a high-temperature flue gas waste-heat utilization system and method for a heating furnace. A gravity dust collector, a superheated steam generation device, a combustor and a waste heat boiler are added on a flue of the heating furnace; the system is externally connected with a steam-turbine generator. Superheated stem is generated to serve as generation supplement steam after heat exchange between high-temperature flue gas and saturated steam flowing into a heating furnace drum of the superheated steam generation device; cooled flue gas is then subjected to heat exchange with air and coal gas. According to the high-temperature flue gas waste-heat utilization system and method, rolling waiting time is short, and heat exchange is performed between the high-temperature flue gas produced by the combustor and the saturated steam of the waste heat boiler to generate the superheated steam for generation. By means of the high-temperature flue gas waste-heat utilization system and method, the problem of deficiency of the flue gas amount during rolling waiting of the heating furnace is solved, and accordingly, the comprehensive heat energy utilization efficiency can be improved, and the heating furnace exhaust temperature can be greatly reduced; besides, coal gas spreading can be reduced, energy is saved, and the environment is protected.
