The alloy is composed of the following components in percents by weight: 58.0%-61.0% of Cu, 0.8%-1.5% of Bi, 0.03% or less of Pb, 0.15% or less of Fe, 0.15% or less of Sn, 0.10% of less of Al, 0.10% or less of Ni, 0.02% or less of Mn, 0.02% or less of Si, .003% or less of Cd and the balance Zn; and the addition amount of a rare earth alterant is 0.05%-0.15%. The manufacture method of the drawn pipe comprises the following steps: burdening, melting, continuous casting, extruding, intermediate annealing, cold drawing and finished product annealing.
