The hard rod control system comprises a hard rod adjuster and a speed adjuster which are connected with the hard rod in sequence, wherein the speed adjuster is connected with a controlled instrument; the hard rod adjuster comprises an electric bridge circuit, a first branch and a second branch; both the first branch and the second branch comprise a weak signal differential amplification and balance circuit, a low-pass filter circuit, a zero drift adjusting circuit, a gain adjusting and characteristic adjusting circuit and an amplitude limiting and amplifying circuit which are connected in sequence. The hard rod control system has the advantages of simple control method, convenience in operation, functions of random handle shaking direction, automatic temperature compensation and electromagnetic interference prevention, high sensitivity, high return accuracy and low cost.
